FAFSA
Any student who THINKS they may attend college during the 2020-2021 school year should file the FAFSA in order to determine eligibility for federal and state financial aid. Even if the student doesn’t feel they would qualify for aid right now, they should still complete the online form, just in case they may become eligible later.  This is MANDATORY FOR TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY SCHOLARS! The FAFSA is now live as of October 1, 2019.

College Goal Sunday http://www.collegegoalsunday.org/ will once again be held on two dates, Sunday November 3, 2019 and on Sunday February 23, 2019.  These will also be held at Ivy-Tech Lafayette locally.  Students/families will be able to file their FAFSA at the College Goal Sunday events.  Staff from both Purdue and Ivy-Tech will be on hand to assist families.

Lafayette Jeff will partner with INvestED to host a Financial Aid/FAFSA program on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 6:00pm in the JHS Theater. This is a great opportunity to hear from the experts and get all your financial aid and FAFSA questions answered in an intimate setting. This is something you won’t want to miss!

Staff from Purdue’s Division of Financial Aid and Ivy-Tech Lafayette’s Financial Aid office will once again offer an Indiana Student Financial Aid Association (ISFAA) sponsored FAFSA information session in Ivy-Tech’s, Ivy Hall auditorium on Wednesday February 5, 2020.  This is a general information session only and you will not be filing the FAFSA this evening.
